How we handle information about you when you visit chainbox.dk or contact us.

Who is responsible?

Chainbox ApS, CVR (Danish company reg. no.) 30573005, Knabrostræde 1A, 1210 Copenhagen K, is the data controller for the information we process about you via chainbox.dk. If you have questions about how we handle your information, email support@chainbox.dk or call +45 70 22 11 97.

When you contact us

If you fill in the form on Book a demo or Contact, we store what you write: name, company, email, phone number, ERP system, which demo you'd like, and your message. We also store which page you wrote from, the time and your IP address. We only use the IP address to protect the form against spam and abuse.

We use the information to reply to your enquiry and follow up on it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries from companies that want to know more about Chainbox. We keep enquiries for 2 years and then delete them.

Your enquiry is stored in our own database, hosted in the EU, and sent to us as an email via the Danish email service Heysender. We don't sell your information or pass it on to anyone else.

Cookies

chainbox.dk only uses cookies that are needed for the site to work. When you submit a form, the site sets a security cookie that stops others from submitting the form in your name. That's why we don't ask for cookie consent.

We don't use cookies for statistics or marketing. Fonts and icons are hosted on our own server, so your visit isn't shared with Google or anyone else.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Plausible, which we run on our own server. Plausible doesn't use cookies and doesn't store IP addresses or any other information that can identify you. We can see how many people visit the site and which pages they read, but not who you are.

Your rights

You have the right to see the information we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to us processing it. Email support@chainbox.dkand we'll help.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
