As the number of products grows, the webshop's own product editing quickly becomes heavy going. In Chainbox PIM, you can bulk update precise slices of your range and extend the product model with your own fields.
The integration is a one-off build
Many have a home-built integration with the ERP that doesn't always work as it should or doesn't perform as expected. With Chainbox, the integration sits with us, and we run and monitor it.

If you're a smaller online retailer that needs one system for everything, there are other solutions that will suit you better.

Chainbox PIM
The place where you enrich products with copy, images, specifications and categories. Data from the ERP comes in through the integration, so you only need to add what doesn't belong in the ERP.
ERP integration and data mirror
Products, customers and prices from your ERP are mirrored to the platform, so your webshop doesn't put load on the ERP. We integrate with Uniconta, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV, among others.
The integration stays with us
If you upgrade the webshop system later, PIM and the ERP integration don't need rebuilding. The same goes if you change ERP.
How to connect your webshop
Your webshop can be built in Magento, Shopware, Shopify or another system. The connection is built by your own developer or your agency.
Data is fetched via our API
Your developer fetches products, categories, customers and prices from the Chainbox platform via our API.
Fields are mapped to the webshop
Your developer maps the fields in Chainbox to the fields in the webshop system, so product data ends up in the right places.
Changes arrive as push notifications
When data changes, the platform sends a push notification (webhook). The webshop listens for it, fetches the change and updates the data in the webshop system.
