Here, your customers are at the centre. They log in, see their own prices and range, reorder and find their orders and invoices in the customer centre. Customer and price data comes from the ERP through the integration, product data from PIM, and orders go back to the ERP.

Two ways to reach your customers

Chainbox Webshop works out of the box with the platform. The integration, PIM, Webshop Management and Umbraco are set up from the start, and we host and run all of it.

If you'd rather have a front end in, for example, Shopify or Magento, or you already have one, Chainbox can sit behind it with PIM and the ERP integration. Your web agency handles the front end and the integration with the APIs.
