The work outside the ERP
The ERP is built for finance, stock and orders. But a lot of the work it takes to sell happens outside it. Product data sits in spreadsheets and has to be updated in several systems. The sales rep on the way to a customer has to ring the office for up-to-date sales figures. And when a customer can't log in to the webshop, customer service has to find someone who can help.
Several apps, one solution
For your staff, the apps work as modules, each covering a function or a related area of work. If someone has several roles, they'll usually have access to several apps, and because the apps are built the same way, it's easy to work across them. You know the idea from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Mail, documents, spreadsheets and files are each their own app, but you log in in one place, move easily between them, and they work together. All the apps run in the browser, so there's nothing to install.
